Help for policyholders
At Crawford, our aim is to relieve you of the worry caused by insurance claims and we commit to keeping you up-to-date on progress. You will be given a contact number by either your insurance company or our adjuster/claims handler who visits you.
We train our people to identify your needs and give you the specific support you need, through what can be a very difficult time. If you feel any personal circumstance could complicate the fair and timely settlement of your claim, we encourage you to talk to your adjuster/claims handler and we will make all reasonable efforts to adapt our processes to help you receive the fair service that you deserve.

In accordance with FCA complaints handling regulations, we will work with you to correctly record, assign and monitor your complaint through to the conclusion.
In the unlikely event that complaints cannot be satisfactorily resolved in-house, our customer service agents will work with your insurance company and the Financial Ombudsman Service to help direct your complaint through the correct escalation channels.
