RepairNet, our fully managed and integrated restoration and repair service offers a managed re-instatement service – providing access to specialist contractors in all disciplines. Our approved contractors specialise in emergency response, general repairs, disaster restoration, subsidence repairs, listed buildings, drainage surveys and all manner of general domestic/commercial restoration work. Efficient progress of the repair service is managed and quality controlled through central, web-enabled systems, where customers, contractors and Crawford staff can monitor and track repair work. This includes on-line estimates, instructions and status updates to provide a full audit trail.
Are you a contractor interested in joining repairNet?
To become a contractor on our network you need to:
- Be an established contractor with at least 3 years trading history
- Have a minimum turnover of £1m
- Experience in insurance repair is desirable
- Be able to evidence excellent customer service
- Be CHAS accredited
- Be Constructionline registered
- Have Employers Liability cover of £10m minimum
Unless you meet these minimum requirements, there is little point in pursuing matters further.
